Orders to destinations outside the exception list below ship with no minimum order amount. The service name is Free Shipping.

Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 Days
Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are charged €100 per item and use Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 Days.
The shipping process (working days)
Delivery time = process time (order preparation) + shipping time.
Once we receive the order we check stock, any customization, the shipping address, and whether the items match this policy. Provide a complete street address including the street number. After shipment we email a tracking number.
Shipping methods
Free Shipping — cost €0, no minimum, for destinations that are not on the exception list. Process time 1-2 weeks. Shipping time 2-4 weeks as a general estimate.
Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 Days — €100 per item for Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery times are estimates and can move with flight schedules. Remote addresses can take longer. Stock shown on the site can change before the order is placed.
Tariff
There may be tariffs when the longest side of a parcel is more than 60cm. This is uncommon (around 5%). If a tariff is charged, we cover 20% of that amount. In most cases customs duties are €0-€20 per piece. Write [email protected] if you need a check before ordering.
Compensation for late delivery
If goods are not delivered on time we provide 10% of the delayed goods’ order price as compensation and keep working the shipment.
